Jenn Notaro founded ellevate with a quiet conviction: that for the most discerning, travel is not escape—but refinement. A seamless extension of one’s rhythm, values, and sense of place. With over 15 years working with the world’s leading names in fashion, interiors, and hospitality —Jenn brings a rare balance of strategic depth and instinctive elegance to every journey she shapes.
As co-founder of InHouse and Frontdesk, she helped reimagine hospitality through the lens of experience—building cross-industry partnerships and innovative models grounded in meaning, not noise. Her approach is deliberate, intuitive, and always attuned to what should never need to be asked.
At ellevate, she serves as the founder and a trusted advisor to clients who move quietly, but expect everything. Every itinerary is a study in alignment—considered, nuanced, and exquisitely timed. She has lived between New York and London, and returns often to the places that reflect her own sensibility: St. Barth, the South of France, Italy, and wherever beauty reveals itself without announcement.
